Speech Works Therapy is a speech therapy service that strives to create a personal and individualized therapy service for clients and their families. We provide parents and care givers with support, in-home programming strategies, and solutions for 'real life' challenges.

Stephanie Snodgrass is the founder and owner of Speech Works Therapy. Her responsibilities include completing comprehensive evaluations and developing a thorough treatment plan for each client. Stephanie graduated with both her Bachelors of Science and her Masters of  Speech Language Pathology from the University of South Dakota.  Stephanie has over 9 years of experience at a pediatric outpatient clinic with experience treating Speech Sound disorders, Language disorders, Feeding Therapy, Phonological Disorders, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Fluency clients.

On the personal side, Stephanie grew up in Ogallala, a small town in western Nebraska. Family is extremely important aspect and she greatly appreciates the opportunities to visit her grandparents, parents, and siblings back in Nebraska. Because family has always been a focus of her life, she always knew she wanted to work with kids.  She was able to shadow a Speech Therapist her senior year of high school, and knew from there that she found what she was passionate about. To be able to help others reach their full potential. In her free time, she loves spending time with her 3 kids, warm weather activities, reading books, watching the Huskers play football on Saturdays in the fall, and traveling.

I am extremely passionate about my role as a Speech Language Pathologist. It is important to identify challenges in others’ lives and find a solution. Every person is capable of great things!
